I used to consume meat practically everyday, and having it taken away so instantly was hard on me personally. Nearly as bad was the prohibition of alcoholic drinks. More than once I was tempted to drink, but then I pushed myself to remember the discomfort I had felt just a few weeks before and that somewhat helped. I ended hanging out with my close friends for a bit, in order to lessen temptation.

On the other hand, having to perform physical exercise was the most exciting part of the entire natural detox program. Initially it was difficult, but when I joined a group that played basketball, I actually got into it. The first games I couldn't hold more than a quarter without having to call it stops. Even so, I liked the competitive part of the action and I kept trying harder and harder. Although I never became an awesome player, I started to look forward to every single game, just for the fun of it. Right now, I'm able to outrun anyone else at the workplace, although it is not a skill that my boss especially values.

One of the parts of the detox plan that I had trouble complying with was getting sufficient sleep. Because the detox program didn't include taking sick leave, I needed to continue working and catch up with my responsibilities. So when I arrived home I always sensed like going to bed earlier was a waste of time that could have been used on watching TV or studying or spending time with my young children. Thankfully, my wife was quite supportive and took care of the young children while I got some extra sleep.

In the end of the detox cleanse program, I felt like a fully different person. In reality, I kept a few of the habits that I picked up using the detox program, like playing basketball. Except now I practice with my children on Saturdays and Sundays only. I keep drinking normal water, and although I started drinking and feeding on steak yet again, the quantities I consume now are much more reasonable than what I used to consume in the past.

But above all, I feel better knowing that my hardworking liver is significantly less probably to fail and suffer a severe condition. I really propose the experience to everyone who wants to feel greater and live longer for the sake of his or her household.
